Clustermelt LLC, Phoenix, Arizona

The short version

We collect only what you send us, use it only to answer you and run your deal, never sell it, and delete it on request. A person at Clustermelt reads every message.

01Collect

What information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit the quote request form, the supplier network form, the contact form, or the market-intelligence report request, we collect what you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this includes your name, work email, company or organization name, a description of the GPU or GPU-server hardware you are sourcing or selling, and either your timeline or your typical monthly volume. If you then correspond with us, we also collect whatever you send in that correspondence, which for a purchase typically includes quantity, target price, intended use and delivery location, and for a supplier typically includes provenance, condition practices, references, and any certifications you hold. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send any.

Information collected automatically. We collect basic technical and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, through privacy-friendly analytics. If you arrive from a link we sent, such as the market-intelligence report or an email, we note the referring link and campaign, and if you then submit a form, we store that note with your inquiry so we know which channel it came from. We also use a business-audience service that estimates the company a visit may be coming from, based on network information (see clause 04).

02Use

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to you, to price and source the hardware you asked about, to run any resulting transaction, to send the market-intelligence report or updates you request, to operate and improve the site, and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

03Share

How we share your information

In a live deal. We share only the information the other side of a transaction needs to complete it. Buyer and supplier pricing is kept confidential and is not disclosed across a transaction.

Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

04Cookies

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we do not use any of this information for advertising. The site runs cookieless web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) that measures aggregate traffic without identifying you individually. We also use Google Analytics, which sets first-party cookies to measure aggregate traffic and site usage (pages visited, referring source); we have not enabled Google Signals or any ad-personalization feature, and Google Analytics data is not used for advertising. We also use a business-audience service (Leadfeeder) that estimates the company or organization a visit may be coming from, based on network information, so we can understand which kinds of businesses are interested in us. This identifies companies, not individual people: we do not attempt to put a name or an email address to an anonymous visitor. If we later add analytics that identify a visitor individually, we will update this policy and describe that processing before it goes live.

05Email

Marketing email and your choices

If you request the market-intelligence report or opt in to updates, we may email you. Every marketing email identifies us accurately, includes our postal address, and offers a way to opt out. We measure engagement with these emails: they carry a small tracking image that tells us when a message is opened, and their links route through our own tracking domain so we can see which items are read. We use this only to judge whether an issue was useful, never for advertising and never to build a profile of you. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option or by replying to ask us to stop, and we will honor the request promptly; opting out ends both the email and the measurement. Our postal address for these purposes is Clustermelt LLC, 4539 N 22nd St, Ste N, Phoenix, AZ 85016.

06Retention

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for as long as our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations require. When it is no longer needed, we remove it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, subject to records we must keep by law.

07Your rights

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email solutions@clustermelt.com and we will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need the further extension the statute allows. We will verify your request before acting on it.

08California

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. In the past twelve months we have collected the categories described in clause 01 (identifiers, professional and commercial information, and internet activity). We collect this information from you and from your use of the site, use it for the purposes in clause 02, and share it only as described in clause 03 (service providers, a transaction counterparty where needed to complete a deal, and legal reasons). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a right, email solutions@clustermelt.com. You may use an authorized agent, and we will verify the request before acting.

09Security

Security

Your information is stored in our business database and is reachable only by Clustermelt through secure, server-side access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

10Children

Children

The site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

11Changes

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows or the law changes. The current version and its effective date are always posted on this page. Material changes are reflected in the effective date above.
