We collect only what you send us, use it only to answer you and run your deal, never sell it, and delete it on request. A person at Clustermelt reads every message.
What information we collect
When you submit the quote request form, the supplier network form, the contact form, or the market-intelligence report request, we collect what you choose to provide: your name, work email, company or organization, the type of organization, and the details of what you are sourcing or selling (GPU models, quantity, timeline, and any notes). We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send any.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, to price and source the hardware you asked about, to run any resulting transaction, and to send the market-intelligence report when you request it. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. In a live deal, we share only the information the other side needs to complete the transaction.
Where your information is stored
Your information is stored in our business database and is reachable only by Clustermelt through secure, server-side access. We use a small set of reputable third-party providers to operate the site and the business, including hosting, a managed database, email, and scheduling. Each provider processes your information only to deliver its service to us.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The site does not currently run third-party web analytics. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy before doing so.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for as long as our records require. When it is no longer needed, we remove it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email solutions@clustermelt.com and we will respond within 24 hours. If we send you the market-intelligence report or other updates, you can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us.
Children
Clustermelt serves businesses. The site and our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business grows or as the law requires. The current version and its effective date are always posted on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
